With Lara Hämmerle, the third generation is now taking over — someone who previously built tech companies and brings the drive to evolve the business: new approaches to design, new technologies, new ways of working with clients. What you'll do
- You own the commercial process from the moment a design sketch is approved — through to the order being produced, delivered, and the invoice paid.
- You get our samples to clients — coordinating production with the design team, gathering feedback, and making sure we're faster than the competition.
- You prepare quotes, calculate costs, and ensure we offer competitively while protecting our margins.
- You guide clients through the decision process — and turn samples into orders.
- You manage our production partners, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure everything runs on schedule from order entry to shipment and paid invoice.
- You're the operational link between clients, design, production, and logistics — our sales team sets the strategic direction, you make sure the engine runs.
What you bring
- You have experience in a client-facing role — account management, vendor management, customer service, or similar.
- You communicate clearly and confidently — with clients, production partners, and the team, in German and English — and you actively bring the client perspective into the company.
- You spot improvement potential, develop solutions independently, and implement them.
- You understand that speed and service excellence are why clients stay with us — and you have the eye for detail to deliver both.
- You want to learn and grow — new technologies, new processes, and new challenges are what motivate you to keep developing.
