With Lara Hämmerle, the third generation is now taking over — someone who previously built tech companies and brings the drive to evolve the business: new approaches to design, new technologies, new ways of working with clients. What you'll do
- You design embroideries for international brands — from the initial idea to the finished refined sketch.
- You translate trends, themes, and moods into embroiderable patterns.
- You immerse yourself in a brand's DNA, interpret client briefings, and independently develop designs from them.
- You work on seasonal collections and customer-specific development — and implement changes quickly and precisely.
- You collaborate closely with an experienced design team and work in direct exchange with clients.
What you bring
- You have a distinctive creative signature and create new sketches from scratch.
- You bring experience in textile design — ideally in embroidery or lingerie — and have an understanding of embroidery technique.
- You work independently, bring creative courage, and hold yourself to the standard of delivering the best design possible.
- You communicate openly and enjoy working in a team and with clients.
- You're curious about new tools, techniques, and technologies and want to constantly develop further.
